Ballet For Fun and Fitness (Beginners)

This course is aimed at those who want to learn the basics of Ballet. Dancers will learn basic exercises and steps, combining them into simple combinations at slow tempos. Students will gain core strength and learn the correct posture which will help in everyday life.
Ballet technique will be taught at the Barre - which is used as a support to balance whist doing exercises, and also in the Centre - which is a series of combinations of steps away from the Barre designed to increase strength, flexibility and balance.
Suitable clothing for the class will be comfortable, loose clothes with soft shoes like pumps on the feet.
