Circuit Training
Monday 7:30-8:30pm
This is a high energy class aimed at fitter individuals that are looking to increase their exercise performance levels. Everyone works to their own ability, however, some degree of existing fitness level is required. Whether you are adding another circuit class to your regime or trying circuits for the first time, this is the fun filled, fast pace class for you!

Circuit training is a class devised to target all body parts for muscular and cardio fitness. Moving through a variety of exercises, you will challenge yourself in all aspects of fitness. Circuits are designed to help in development of new skills and enhancement of existing fitness.
You will need to wear loose comfortable clothing and trainers and will need to stay hydrated as this is a high intensity workout. You are advised to bring a drink of water to every class, however, bottles of water are available for purchase each session.
