Dancersize (Aerobics and Dance)
Thursday 7:45-8:45pm Tuesday 6:30-7:30pm
Aerobics and dance to 70s and 80s music.
Please bring a soft drink or water.
Mat optional.
Work out and dance, bring out the disco divas and burn those calories!
