Mind and Body (Yoga and Pilates)

Monday 7:45-8:45pm
Wednesday 6:30-7:30pm

 

A class that combines yoga and pilates moves. This class will improve joint flexibility and range of movement, increase your core strength and reduce stress levels.

This class is aimed at both beginners and more advanced participants, as options are available throughout.

Please wear clothes that are not restrictive, the class is done in bare feet. If you have a yoga mat please bring it with you and also a bottle of water.
